Conduct mooring and motion analysis for Heavy Lift Vessel Gulliver during a decommissioning campaign. The scope entailed a mooring and motion analysis for a total of 13 lifts (topsides and jackets) during lift and transport operations. Results of the scope are workability tables for identify th elimiting sea state during the offshore operations. Mocean also provide offshore support.
