What you will do:

  • Conduct in-depth engineering analyses and simulations to support offshore developments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise innovative solutions.
  • Maintain an overview of all project scopes and ensure effective interrelationships.
  • Identify opportunities, risks, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Provide leadership and inspiration to team members.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and manage client expectations.
  • Act as a representative and ambassador for the company.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking proactive engineers with a practical mindset and a strong theoretical background.

  • MSc in Mechanical, Aerospace, Physics, Civil, or Marine/Offshore Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore engineering.
  • Proficiency with software such as Ansys AQWA and OrcaFlex.
  • Programming skills, preferably in Python.
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative colleague.
  • Passionate about the offshore industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
