As the Lead Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role, overseeing your own projects and guiding a team of engineers. What you will do:

Conduct in-depth engineering analyses and simulations to support offshore developments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise innovative solutions.
Maintain an overview of all project scopes and ensure effective interrelationships.
Identify opportunities, risks, and implement efficient solutions.
Provide leadership and inspiration to team members.
Monitor client satisfaction and manage client expectations.
Act as a representative and ambassador for the company.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking proactive engineers with a practical mindset and a strong theoretical background.

MSc in Mechanical, Aerospace, Physics, Civil, or Marine/Offshore Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore engineering.
Proficiency with software such as Ansys AQWA and OrcaFlex.
Programming skills, preferably in Python.
Enthusiastic and collaborative colleague.
Passionate about the offshore industry.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
